I love developer documentation. I find it fascinating when a developer explains something that I do not understand immediately and that I need to research first. Diving into a complex topic and then describing it for users in an easy-to-understand way – I think that is really awesome.

Technical communicators translate complex technical product or service information into understandable and accessible user information. They act as mediators between product developers and users.
