When three technical communicators go out to eat at an Italian restaurant after an inspiring but exhausting day at the tcworld conference, the following can happen.

  • Three technical communicators order three pizzas and get three pizzas.
  • One technical communicator then orders red wine, but gets another beer (and drinks it).
  • One technical communicator orders a double espresso. His colleague (second beer) doesn't notice and signals the waiter to bring a double espresso.

The fourfold espresso could be prevented at the last minute, even though we all might have needed it right from the start.
