Documenting with DITA XML and Training for Technical Authors

April 30, 2019

The documentation for the drawing engine liNear Desktop was to be modern, customer-oriented, and future-proof. parson assisted liNear GmbH in introducing DITA XML for their documentation.

Our services: We analyzed the requirements, converted the documentation to DITA XML, tested the concepts in a DITA prototype, delivered the service package parsonDITA, and trained the technical authors in DITA XML.

One of the participants of the training:

I liked that the trainer helped us edit our documents at the end of the training. This way, we could avoid initial difficulties.
